Job Title: AI Adoption Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The AI Adoption Manager is responsible for driving the integration and usage of artificial intelligence across the law firm. This includes a focus on Copilot and other AI tools to enhance efficiency among lawyers and allied professionals. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and mentoring a team of change professionals and AI experts, setting clear goals, organizing resource planning, and preparing departmental reporting.
- Developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and webinars to educate legal professionals and allied staff about AI technologies.
- Creating educational materials to help employees understand AI concepts and explore practical applications.
- Collaborating with change management teams to foster a culture that embraces AI.
- Consulting with stakeholders to assess functional requirements for AI applications, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Creating use cases and prompt libraries tailored to specific departments and practices.
- Supporting the implementation of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring seamless integration into current workflows.
- Promoting AI adoption through impactful presentations and meetings showcasing success stories and potential use cases.
- Gathering feedback on AI solutions to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensuring AI solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Acting as the primary subject matter expert on AI implementation projects and advancements in the legal sector.
- Collaborating with teams and leaders across diverse functions to enhance automation and improve operational efficiency.

Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is required.
- Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, familiarity with AI-specific tools, and knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Understanding of national and international laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to AI.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools such as GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, CoPilot, and similar platforms.
- Ability to evaluate functional requirements, perform data modeling, and analytics.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in AI implementation or a closely related field.
- Expertise in managing AI programs and applying project management methodologies.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence in a legal environment.

Salary Information:
The compensation salary for the AI Adoption Manager position ranges from $124,000 to $240,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
