Director, Corporate Counsel:
- Fully remote position in Texas
- Full-time job
- Competitive salary of $130k-$170k
- Seeking experienced health care, corporate, and transaction attorney
- Responsible for a broad range of health care matters
- Supports company's contracting needs
- Completes legal research and reviews marketing materials
- Manages outside counsel engagements when needed
- Develops and updates contract templates and policies
- Monitors legal developments and provides proactive advice
- Conducts legal research on various healthcare laws and regulations
- Reviews marketing and promotional materials for compliance
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare or law firms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage
