Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidates job duties include client communication; obtaining and analyzing necessary documents: liability information, insurance, medical records and bills; preparing pre-suit demand packages; preparing documents and exhibits for all phases of litigation (including detailed analysis of medical bills and liens); and settlement accounting. Additionally, job duties may include assisting with non-personal injury cases as necessary. Necessary skills include the ability to communicate well orally and in writing, accuracy, good judgment, ability to work proactively with minimal supervision to advance clients' cases, and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior Connecticut paralegal experience required.
