Litigation Paralegal The candidate' should be detail oriented, organized professional paralegal to support our civil litigation group which primarily practices in real estate, construction, and business law. Construction and real estate experience desired, but not necessary. The firm engages mainly in litigation but there is some transactional work as well. Our team values include cooperation, resourcefulness, and forward-thinking abilities. Bachelor's degree; Primary duties include: Assisting with preparation of legal documents including drafting pleadings, discovery, correspondence, contracts, liens, deeds, and other legal documents; Preparing trial and hearing notebooks; Document review and summary; Assisting with hearings and mediation; Filing documents electronically with the court, property records, and/or other locations; Overseeing and monitoring calendar activity and tracking deadlines; Telephone and in person contact with clients, court personnel, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
