**Members Only** is a top-tier global law firm with over 1,500 lawyers across 40 offices worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled E-Discovery Project Manager to join our team in either Atlanta, Cleveland, or Washington DC. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, allowing for three days in the office and two days remote.

As an E-Discovery Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all technology aspects of individual cases, serving as a liaison between vendors and case teams/clients to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. You will also provide ongoing consulting, training, and technical support on various electronic discovery platforms and tools. Responsibilities:

- Direct and guide litigation support and case management projects across multiple practice offices
- Manage and coordinate technology aspects of assigned cases, serving as a liaison between vendors and case teams/clients
- Participate in project meetings with case teams to define project scope, timing, and budgeting
- Provide data management services, such as processing and loading data into database applications
- Work closely with case teams and clients to coordinate preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI
- Implement appropriate Electronic Discovery processing solutions and adapt to project demands and budget
- Identify and implement new software and technology solutions for our practice groups and clients
- Manage vendors to ensure high-quality data deliverables and services within negotiated schedules and budgets
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Firm's standard litigation support applications and best practices

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in a computer-related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a litigation environment
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation process and technology applications
- Familiarity with industry standard practices for Electronic Discovery
- Previous experience with e-discovery and litigation support technology tools
- Strong customer service orientation and skill set
