Job Title: Conflicts Support Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
As a Conflicts Support Coordinator at the law firm, you will play an integral role in providing administrative and data management support to the Director of New Business & Conflicts (NB&C) and other members of the department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Communication Channels: Monitoring the NB&C email inbox to facilitate effective communication between the department and law firm personnel who are requesting conflicts and new matters.
- Data Management: Maintaining engagement letters, riders, clearance emails, waivers, and other client engagement-related documentation in the appropriate law firm systems.
- Workflow: Facilitating the processing of new business conflicts and matter requests, as well as engagement and waiver letters. This includes filing letters, attaching documents to forms, adding responses or additional conflict or matter-related information to forms, and submitting them back to the request queue. You will also respond to status inquiries, client and matter exemptions, and organize electronic matter files while utilizing other law firm resources to improve workflow efficiencies.
- Innovate: Identifying ways to streamline processes and procedures, exploring new and expanded uses for existing technologies, and contributing to the law firm’s environment of innovation.

The California Major Markets include San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Santa Monica. All other California locations fall within the National range. The level of pay within these ranges will depend on various job-related factors, including qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, and geography.
