Job Title: Pre-Suit Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Suit Legal Assistant, you will be integral to providing an exceptional client experience, managing a caseload of 100-120 personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in proactive and empathetic communication with clients throughout their cases to ensure they feel prioritized and supported.
- Coordinating and tracking clients’ medical treatments.
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills to build strong case files.
- Preparing persuasive demand letters and participating in settlement strategies to advocate for clients effectively.
- Handling the reduction of liens, drafting closing statements, and guiding clients through the final steps of their cases.
- Taking ownership of results, including achieving monthly goals, maintaining high client satisfaction, and ensuring the progression of files.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, though the primary focus is on attitude, precision, and drive.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000, as provided by the employer.
