This full-time position will provide administrative support to our Marketing Department and senior marketing and business development team members. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing and business development processes for attorney onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for marketing department.
• Manage team memberships and coordinate conference attendance in professional development organizations.
• Generate basic competitive intelligence reports using DNB Hoovers and Monitor Suite.
• Proofread various marketing materials.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Organize and maintain department files and records.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Conduct research and manage special projects as needed.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for team members and guests.
• Coordinate invoice payments and expense reports.
• Attend events and receptions as a firm host.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience required.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly desired.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Independent and proactive self-starter.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing and business development processes for attorney onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for the marketing department.
• Manage team memberships and coordinate conference attendance in professional development organizations.
• Generate basic competitive intelligence reports using DNB Hoovers and Monitor Suite.
• Proofread various marketing materials, including RFPs, pitches, press releases, and other deliverables.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Organize and maintain department files and records.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and appointments, along with any required resources.
• Conduct research and manage special projects as needed to support departmental initiatives.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for team members and guests.
• Coordinate invoice payments and expense reports.
• Attend events, seminars, and receptions as a firm host, including assistance with set-up and registration table work.
• Manage Chambers submissions, including creating and updating spreadsheets, compiling Chambers packets in Foundation, updating website bios, submitting files on the Chambers website, and maintaining updated submission records in Foundation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience required.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly desired.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Independent and proactive self-starter.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exemplary client service and teamwork skills.
