Legal Assistant/Office Assistant/Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience. Estate planning, probate, guardianship corporate, and litigation experience and knowledge are preferred. Must be able to handle e-filing of Court pleadings, online scheduling, dictation transcription, and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be, personable, a team player with good typing and phone skills, and have proficiency in Word Perfect, Word, Outlook, Excel, Timeslips, and Clio.
