Bilingual Paralegal / Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Paralegal / Case Manager at the law firm, your primary responsibility will be to support attorneys in the St. Louis office. You will collaborate closely with a team of attorneys, managing cases from inception to resolution. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily customer service to clients
- Managing a caseload averaging over 200 cases
- Drafting and submitting letters of representation for various insurance types
- Preparing demands
- Reviewing medical records
- Drafting correspondence
- Consistently reviewing the entire caseload from start to finish
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills
- Multi-tasking abilities to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Diligence in honoring deadlines, keeping promises, and maintaining standards to deliver exceptional customer service
- Outstanding time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in both written and oral Spanish and English
Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma is required
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative support or customer service experience is required
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory
- A paralegal certificate or associate degree is preferred
Salary Information:
