Immigration Paralegal The candidate will serve in-person and over-the-phone calls to clients for their preliminary consultation. Will process in-consult payments for sign-ups on the spot. Follow up with clients who showed interest. Create, update and log consultation notes in MyCase /or Law Ruler. Develop extensive vocabulary and communication methods in order to best interact with each individual.
The candidate should have 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call sales environment. Must speak, read and write in Spanish. Must have strong analytical with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM, Live chats, etc is essential. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
