Estate Planning Paralegal II The candidate will do preparation of valuations of assets. Assist with estate administration and estate tax return preparation. Preparation of beneficiary designation, transfer and claim forms. Preparation of health care proxies and powers of attorney. Preparation of flowcharts and summaries of estate plans. Provide legal and administrative support to Attorneys. A Bachelor's degree is required. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must possess 5+ years of experience of estate planning. Excellent communication skills are necessary with the ability to interact professionally with staff, attorneys, paralegals, clients and vendors. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team, have an acute attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize while working in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment. Strong technical skills are required, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and a form of Document Management System.
