Job Title: Practice Support Relativity Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized technical administration and support in eDiscovery, focusing on the back-end design, development, and deployment of systems within the Relativity platform.
- Design API scripting between Relativity and other internal applications to reduce manual entry and improve consistency and accuracy.
- Serve as an escalation point and provide troubleshooting assistance, application support, and training to Practice Support Services team members, attorneys, paralegals, staff, clients, and/or other third parties as needed.
- Manage communication and testing aspects of recurring Relativity security and system updates.
- Analyze Practice Support Services working operations and seek to improve efficiency through the design and deployment of automation.
- Develop new processes and procedures to eliminate or minimize downtime of applications and systems supported by Practice Support Services.
- Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and other teams in the Global Technology Department on rollouts, upgrades, testing, and scheduled system maintenance.
- Protect and maintain any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that the law firm retains.
Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Relativity Certified Administrator certification is required.
- Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification is preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of legal technology and IT experience is required.
- Possession of direct law firm, legal technology vendor, or corporate legal experience is necessary.
- Demonstrated effective project management and multitasking skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Salary Information:
- The posted minimum pay rate is USD $110, per year.
- The posted maximum pay rate is USD $125, per year.
