Job Title: Legal Assistant - Foreclosure

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Assistant in the Foreclosure department plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth progression of foreclosure cases. The responsibilities include:

- Drafting and preparing a variety of legal documents such as assignments, motions, and affidavits.
- Responding promptly, courteously, and thoroughly to a high volume of email correspondence.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with business associates and clients.

- Supporting attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Preparing and filing status updates before scheduled hearings.
