Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle a wide-range of labor & employment matters, including single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class litigation
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and development
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the labor & employment field
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience practicing labor & employment law
- Knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws and regulations
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range of $115,000 to $190,000 depending on experience
