**Members Only**, a reputable law firm, is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary based on the candidate's experience. As an associate at Dunn Carney, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases involving general civil litigation, insured employment cases, and management-side advice work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling employment litigation cases
- Drafting pleadings and client communications
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations, judicial settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in employment litigation
- Admission to practice in Oregon (Washington admission preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in legal research, analysis, and problem-solving
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and committed to career development
- Belief in diversity and teamwork
