As a Staff Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of pre-litigation matters, including demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges. You will work closely with our clients and carriers, providing legal analysis and settlement-related services. In addition, you will collaborate with our Professional Development team to deliver exceptional work product to our clients. This is a non-Principal track position, offering the opportunity for growth and advancement within the firm.
Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the CA state bar and comply with ethical requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in employment litigation matters
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and legal research/drafting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
While this is a fully remote position, we are seeking candidates who reside in target states such as Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Florida, Nevada, and Metro New York. The salary range for this position is $155,000-$185,000, and will be determined based on experience and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges with minimal senior attorney review
- Analyze claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers
- Communicate directly with clients and carriers
- Attend mediations and handle settlement-related activities
- Collaborate with Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned by firm or client relationship managers
