Paralegal / Secretary The candidate should have the ability to prepare and oversee basic discovery including interrogatories, document requests, and third-party subpoenas. Should also have experience in the review, preparation, and drafting of court filings and pleadings. Should work with more than one attorney and communicate with clients, manage attorneys' calendars (including case deadlines), and obtain medical records. Must have experience with electronic filing. Spanish speaking is a plus. Should preferably have High school or equivalent; Spanish language.
