Key Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our attorneys in their daily work. Some key responsibilities include:

- Managing and organizing attorneys' calendars
- Gathering evidence and composing legal documents
- Submitting court documents electronically
- Conducting legal research using databases
- Assisting attorneys in trial preparation and providing support during hearings

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- At least 3 years of recent litigation experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Certified paralegal or demonstrated expertise in the role
- Proficiency in calendaring, discovery, online court filings, legal research, and trial preparation
- Knowledge of state and federal court procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide the following benefits:
