Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations

Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations is tasked with driving operational excellence, collaboration, and transparency within the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team in support of the law firm's strategic priorities for growth and brand enhancement. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing project management for MBD workstreams related to the design, implementation, and launch of the firm's Next-Gen CRM system. This involves managing complex requirements and multiple workstreams that will transform business development and marketing at the firm over the next 5+ years.
- Facilitating the MBD team’s realignment in support of firm strategy by developing detailed reorganization plans, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration, and creating documentation for changing roles and responsibilities.
- Assisting in priority MBD AI optimization projects from planning through execution and tracking success, ensuring collaboration and engagement, and measuring the impact on team performance.
- Facilitating ongoing operational change and improvement projects to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and align objectives leveraging people, process, and technology.
- Continuously improving the MBD team's knowledge management approach, maintaining resources, and shared team libraries to centralize core information and enhance learning and development.
- Assisting with the budgeting process both in strategic planning and managing departmental budget needs throughout the year.
- Supporting project management related to content development and strategy for firm conferences and events.
- Managing other key projects and resources, including business and system requirements definition, stakeholder communication, ROI analysis, change management and communication strategies, and maintaining project documentation.

Education and Experience Information:

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Preferred Education:
- Master's Degree.

Minimum Years of Experience:
- 8 years of project management experience, ideally in a professional services environment with Marketing and Business Development experience.

- Excellent project management skills, particularly in a law firm or professional services environment with a focus on marketing and business development tools, technologies, and applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, strategic thinking, sound professional judgment, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Confidence in managing projects, juggling competing priorities, and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, AI, and familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline tracking tools.

Salary Information:
The expected hiring range for this position is $133,625 - $202,352 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also depend on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. A comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) is offered.
