Job Title: Labor Associate

Experience Required: 3+ years of Traditional Labor Law experience involving labor relations

Overview:

We specialize in labor and employment law, providing proactive strategies and solutions to help employers cultivate high-functioning and inclusive workforces. We are currently seeking an experienced Labor Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:

- Represent management in all facets of labor relations, including handling unfair labor practice charges, conducting research and writing, providing legal advice, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and handling grievance and arbitration proceedings.

- Obtain mass picketing injunctions and advise on protected concerted activity and other issues under the National Labor Relations Act.

- Conduct management training on labor relations and advise on California workplace laws as needed.

- May include regular business travel.

Qualifications:

- JD from an ABA Accredited Law School.

- 3+ years of Traditional Labor Law experience involving labor relations.

- TX Bar Admission.

- Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
