Job Responsibilities:
The role of Paralegal/Office Manager at a Brooklyn boutique law firm specializing in Civil Litigation, Family, and Immigration Law involves several critical responsibilities. The candidate will be expected to:

- Draft legal court documents such as motions, affidavits, subpoenas, pleadings, discovery notices, and other documents necessary for civil litigation.
- Conduct client interviews and maintain consistent contact with clients to ensure their needs and inquiries are addressed.
- Provide clerical and research support services to assist attorney(s), which includes preparing and filing court papers.
- Assist attorneys with day-to-day file maintenance, ensuring that all legal documents are organized and accessible.
- Work in a full-time capacity with flexible hours, typically from Monday to Friday, with shifts from either 10 am to 6 pm or 11 am to 7 pm.
- Maintain the ability to commute or relocate to Brooklyn, NY 11235 before starting work.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced paralegal with several years of experience in the legal field. The candidate must have:

- Excellent writing skills essential for drafting legal documents and communications.
- A proven track record of finishing projects on time, meeting deadlines, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:
