Law Firm Seeking Risk Management Conflict Clerk with 1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

- Conduct conflict of interest search requests and handle matter intake from start to finish
- Analyze conflicts reports and make recommendations
- Communicate conflict of interest information to lawyers and others as needed
- Conduct research using third-party business resources
- Maintain knowledge of professional conduct rules and client relationship considerations
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with team to enhance productivity

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years of related experience, preferably in a medium to large law firm

This is a full-time position with flexible options for remote, hybrid, or onsite work. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medium to large law firm, with paralegal or law clerk experience being a plus. Confidentiality is a must in all client and firm matters.

Responsibilities for this role include conducting conflict of interest searches, handling matter intake from start to finish, analyzing conflicts reports, and communicating conflict of interest information to attorneys and others as needed.
