The Law Firm is currently seeking a Legal Assistant/Secretary with at least 2 years of experience in General Liability. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and established law firm in Camp Hill, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys in the General Liability department
- Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memos
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for attorneys
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases
- Conduct legal research and gather information as needed
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Assist with trial preparation and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary in a law firm, preferably in the General Liability department
- Excellent typing and grammar skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team or independently
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, e-filing, pdfDocs, scanning, and document management software
- Familiarity with paperless work environment preferred
