Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment. Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Knowledge of PERM labor certification applications is a plus. Should have strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and document/case management systems. Outstanding case management and organizational skills are required. Should have strong writing skills and attention to detail. Should be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
