- Overseeing all aspects of case operations by developing, implementing, and promoting the adoption of necessary tools and processes to facilitate case team operations.
- Collaborating with Legal Leadership to manage timelines, pace, and scope of case work in alignment with deadlines.
- Managing inventory reporting to provide transparency into the status of case work, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
- Partnering with Product, Legal, Marketing, Business Operations, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot obstacles and devise creative solutions for challenges faced by case teams.
- Developing communication programs to deliver a world-class client experience, which includes designing tailored outreach plans and organizing group events either in person or online.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of all inbound and outbound client communications across Case Staff, third-party vendors, and email marketing to drive client engagement.
- Overseeing staffing needs, as well as training and onboarding of new case team members.

Education and Experience Information:

- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in management consulting, business operations, or operations management roles.
