Job Title:

Salary Information:
- Based on an annualized rate of pay of $225,000
Experience:

Job Description:
- Join **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. as a 2L summer associate in our Compensation & Benefits practice
- Work with a variety of clients, from emerging growth companies to large public corporations
- Serve as a problem solver and deliver services with technical proficiency and genuine concern
- Gain experience in all aspects of executive compensation, including public disclosure and institutional shareholder issues
- Negotiate employment and severance agreements for senior executives and handle "golden parachute" issues
- Counsel clients on tax-qualified retirement programs and assist with navigating regulatory landscape for health & welfare plans
