Paralegal The candidate will draft standard pleadings including answers, third-party summonses, and complaints, combined discovery demands, stipulations, motions to compel discovery/dismiss for failing to comply, EBT notices, and orders. Processes and follow up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax, FOIL, and other records. Review and summarize medical records. Summarize transcripts. Trial and EBT preparation. Should have 2 years of NV litigation paralegal experience. Experience with medical malpractice and personal injury preferred. Trial experience desired.
