Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury Law

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Paralegal role at the law firm involves managing Plaintiff Personal Injury cases from the filing of complaints through to trial or settlement. The responsibilities include:

- Overseeing and reviewing Plaintiff Personal Injury cases to ensure deadlines and filings are on track.
- Drafting legal documents such as Complaints, Answers, Pleadings, Subpoenas, and Motions.
- Conducting legal research for brief writing.
- Propounding and responding to discovery requests, working directly with clients to prepare responses for attorney approval.
- Managing attorney calendars diligently.
- Being proactive in litigation, ensuring compliance with scheduling orders for written discovery, depositions, motions, expert retention, and trial preparation.
- Scheduling depositions and assisting in preparing clients for depositions.
- Communicating with clients to keep them informed about their case status.
- Maintaining precise record-keeping and document tracking.
- Generating reports and demonstrating proficiency in legal software systems.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires:

- Experience working with Plaintiff Personal Injury Cases.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Service-oriented, organized, and diligent demeanor.
- Proficiency in English is necessary, and knowledge of Spanish is helpful.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities. The role also includes benefits such as a 401(k) and a Cash Balance Retirement Account.
