The candidate will work for Federal lawsuits regarding patents, trademarks or copyrights, or adversarial proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office regarding patents or trademarks. State law and procedure almost never apply. Some international adversarial cases. Must now or will very soon be qualified to work as a California paralegal. Experience as a litigation paralegal is preferred. Must be comfortable in an all-electronic office environment. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office365. Must be adept at using video chat and conferencing. Must have initiative and be adept at learning.
