Job Title: Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents
- E-filing documents with the court
- Retrieving and recording documents at the court
- Managing phone communications
- Performing copying, faxing, and scanning tasks
- Calendaring court dates and tracking filing/discovery deadlines
- Assisting with miscellaneous deliveries and service of documents
- Performing other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Information:
- Prior experience in the legal field is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe, among other office applications
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Salary Information:
