Marketing Technology Intern

Job Title: Marketing Technology Intern

Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Technology Intern at the law firm will primarily focus on data and process improvement. Key responsibilities include:

- Enhancing the quality of data within the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system through data cleanup, involving both tool usage and detailed manual data review.
- Revising processes to prevent future data issues.
- Supporting various functions in Marketing Technology and the entire Business Development & Marketing department.
- Manually updating contact and company data in the system.
- Processing data for email scraping and new contacts.
- Creating and managing company hierarchies.
- Contributing to quick reference guides for new system releases.
- Posting new web content to the firm's website.
- Serving as a backup to the Experience System Manager.
- Cleaning up email marketing lists.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Business, or Computer Science is strongly desired.
- Exposure to marketing or technology in a professional services environment is preferred.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, electronic marketing campaigns, and familiarity with reporting on data and analytics is preferred.

Salary Information:
The law firm provides salary ranges for all positions to support transparency and equity in the workplace. The compensation range for this position in Washington . is $19 to $24 per hour. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint, based on education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at the law firm.
