Job Summary:
The Law Firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a member of the Office of the General Counsel Department, the Conflicts Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our firm's risk management functions by performing duties related to new business intake processing and conflict of interest reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze information and interpret search results
- Conduct research using internal and external sources
- Compose conflict-of-interest reports
- Review new client/matter requests for compliance with acceptance protocols
- Identify potential conflict issues and provide reports to Conflict Counsel and attorneys
- Support the conflict resolution process
- Review complex search results and perform searches of databases
- Summarize relevant data from conflict reports for attorneys
- Apply directives from managers and Conflict Counsel for new business processing and conflicts-of-interest searches
- Identify parties involved in legal transactions and define relationships within the conflicts-of-interest system
- Escalate issues to Conflicts Counsel or the General Counsel's Office when necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience with conflicts-of-interest and new business intake processes in a law firm setting
- Knowledge of conflict-of-interest principles and experience using related tools such as Conflicts Management, Intapp Open, Elite, and Elegrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This is a full-time position that operates in a clerical, office setting. The role involves the use of standard office equipment and may require some walking and standing. The employee must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and have close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and reading.
