Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and maintain case files
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Prepare trial binders and exhibits
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, billing, and time entry
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of insurance coverage and defense litigation matters
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
