Essential Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients and conduct research to determine the best course of action for each case.
- Draft legal documents and represent clients at meetings and hearings.
- Stay updated on changes to legislation.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.

Additional Information:

- Salary range: $82,500 - $100,000.
- Comprehensive benefits including 401k, health insurance, paid time off, and more.
- Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods and lifting/moving file boxes.
- Non-supervisory position based in our Fergus Falls office.
