Personal Injury Pre-Suit Paralegal The candidate will manage files. Obtain medical records. Prepare cases for demand. Negotiate medical bills. Prepare closing statements. Prepare files for litigation. Regular communication with clients. Perform other duties as assigned. Should have an Associate's degree, and High school or equivalent. Should have 2+ years as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager, and 1+ year of MS Office. Experience with Needles (Neos) software is a plus. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Share point. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
