Job Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support to attorneys.
- Communicate with clients and other legal offices via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
- File guardianship case documents using the Florida e-portal system.
- Email and create copies of legal documents as necessary.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and complete necessary documents.
- Manage, organize, and collate legal documents efficiently.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and coordinating tasks among team members.
- Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct thorough research on legal cases, statutes, and regulations as required.
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity, grammar, and formatting are correct.
Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant or similar role within a law firm or corporate legal department is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in document review and management.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex information.
- Exceptional proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Information:
- Salary is commensurate with experience, with a range between $45,000 to $65,000 annually.
