Job Title: Motions Processor
Job Responsibilities:
- Review daily reports to ensure efficient and timely handling of files.
- Evaluate information and documents to determine if a referral is warranted.
- Prepare Motions for Relief from Stay, Assignments, and Reaffirmation Agreements.
- Provide support to paralegals, management, and attorneys.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required.
- Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience is preferred but not required.
General Competencies:
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys.
- Capability to interpret client systems.
- Proficiency in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Information:
- Pay Type: Hourly
