- Founded in 1991, Zwicker represents creditors in consumer and commercial recovery and litigation efforts.
- Multiple openings available for Debt Collectors to join the team.
- Paid onsite training for 4 weeks with weekly pay and monthly bonuses.
- Start date: 3/3/2025.
- Fully onsite for first 90 days with potential flexibility after.
- Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends.
- Business hours: 8 AM - 7 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Establish contact with borrowers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options.
- Record accurate and detailed notes.
- Meet or exceed performance goals.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as FDCPA and state consumer protection laws.

Requirements:
- Above average administrative and phone skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well organized and results driven.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Must be able to lift 5 pounds or more, sit for 90% of work day, and bend and move when needed.
- Must be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence, operate a computer and phone, and communicate effectively.

Physical Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 5 pounds or more.
- Must be able to sit for 90% of work day.
