Responsibilities
-Independently manage all aspects of trust and estate administrations, including preparation of probate forms and filings, asset collection, asset valuation, and distributions.
-Prepare federal estate tax returns (Form 706) and state inheritance tax returns.
-Communicate with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors regarding estate and trust administration matters.
-Prepare accountings for probate and trust administrations.
-Coordinate with attorneys and clients for the preparation of estate planning documents.
-Update and maintain client files and records.
-Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Trust and Estates, with a strong understanding of probate and trust administration, tax returns, and court procedures. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage is a plus.
