Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The litigation paralegal will provide support to multiple attorneys within the law firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Conducting legal research and writing.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and document management software for various tasks.
- Managing and organizing voluminous medical records, leveraging any experience with medical terminology.
Education and Experience Information:
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred.
- A paralegal certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software is required.
- Experience with medical terminology and handling extensive medical records is considered advantageous.
