Orr & Reno, a leading law firm in Concord, NH, is seeking a skilled legal assistant to join our Commercial Real Estate Group. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, exceptional organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

H2: Essential Functions and Requirements
- Producing accurate and well-prepared legal documents
- Interacting with high-profile clients
- Preparing check requests, conflict checks, and cover letters
- Filing real estate transfer tax documents with NH Department of Revenue
- Retrieving property tax and recorded documents from databases
- Maintaining electronic files in document management system
- Supporting multiple timekeepers
- Minimum of 3-5 years of legal assistant experience required
- Prior commercial real estate experience a plus
- Full-time, 40 hour per week position at our Concord office
