Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general litigation matters, ensuring all legal procedures and documentation are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in managing workers’ compensation and personal injury claims, providing support to attorneys and ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared and filed appropriately.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible for legal proceedings.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required, utilizing strong verbal and writing skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in legal processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare documents and manage communications and schedules.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
Education and Experience Information:
- Prior experience handling general litigation matters is required.
- Experience with workers’ compensation and personal injury claims is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
