Job Title: Technology Commerce Associate or Of Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join the law firm as a Technology Commerce Associate or Of Counsel with the primary responsibility of handling intellectual property aspects of various corporate transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions. Additionally, the attorney will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of intellectual property and commercial transactions. These transactions encompass licenses, service agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, and partnering agreements. The role requires the attorney to work across various industry groups, negotiating agreements involving emerging technologies.

Candidates will be expected to:
- Advise on high-stakes transactions and agreements involving the development, transfer, and use of intellectual property assets.
- Facilitate the commercialization of products and services centered around intellectual property.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and attention to detail in all tasks.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
- At least six years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house attorney handling licensing and technology transaction matters.
- Admission to the bar in Minnesota, California, Utah, Texas, or Washington, or eligibility to become admitted in these states.

Salary Information:
For California applicants, the salary range for this position is $295,000 - $315,000+. The pay is determined based on the depth of experience in the practice area.
