Job Description

As a MedTech Transactions Associate, you will support senior associates and partners in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of IP-driven transactions and investments. This includes licenses of software, technology, and content, collaboration and development agreements, and providing IP support on M&A and corporate transactions. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of intellectual property concepts and licensing, as well as a passion for the intersection of IP, technology, and business. A growth mindset is a must for this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

- At least two years of experience in IP-driven transactions and investments
- Currently licensed to practice law in California
- Strong understanding of intellectual property concepts and licensing
- Passion for the intersection of IP, technology, and business
- Growth mindset
