The Silicon Valley office of Jones Day is currently seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience in IP and technology transactions. The ideal candidate will have a background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Partners and Associates on a diverse range of projects in various industries, including cross-border transactions and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting agreements and providing advice to clients
- Interacting directly with clients and members of the Firm
- Mentoring junior lawyers on the team

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in IP and technology transactions
- Background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions
- Strong commitment to client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $260,000 - $495,000
- Actual salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
