Job Description:
- Join Cooley's preeminent Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice
- Represent life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting commercial transaction agreements
- Negotiate licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
- Previous experience in a private law firm or in-house position preferred
- Corporate or patent experience and/or technical degree is a plus

Salary Information:
- Expected annual pay range: $260,000 - $390,000
- Final offer amount dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of candidate

Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience representing life sciences companies in commercial transactions
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial transaction agreements
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
- Previous experience in a private law firm or in-house position preferred
- Corporate or patent experience and/or technical degree is a plus
