Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be assisting with intakes, opening files communicating with clients, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with all aspects of discovery and pleadings, preparing and filing evidence and pleadings with EOIR (Immigration Court), filing with court and on WCAIS, and other related duties. Should have 2+ years of Paralegals & Legal Assistants experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of immigration and/or personal injury and 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Spanish skills are required.
