This role will be based in either California, New York, or Washington . and will oversee a team responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, and operational teams to drive process efficiency and improve performance.
- Manage resources and tools across the BI and Finance teams to ensure effective utilization.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on critical KPIs.
- Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to support firm-wide strategic decisions and financial analysis.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate financial data to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and optimization of BI tools like Tableau to deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Provide leadership and training on the effective use of BI tools and reporting to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, business intelligence, data analytics, or related field, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of business processes in law firms is preferred.

- Competitive annual salary range of $150-165k, based on qualifications and considerations.
