Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be preparing commercial and residential real estate transactions with attorneys. Obtaining, preparing and/or filing various documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and forms; forming limited liability companies and other entities. Performing UCC and other searches. Preparing and tracking closing checklists and transactional documentation from letter of intent through completion of closing binders. Participating in and attending closings; obtaining Registry of Deeds documentation; assisting with various lease documents; reviewing due diligence materials. Obtaining documents from various governmental agencies. Should have 5+ years of commercial real estate work experience. Knowledge of land use is preferred. Technology savvy with a strong knowledge of working with Microsoft Office needed.
